We wanted to let you know how pleased we were with our experience at Haven Spa Pool Hearth. We had done a lot of research before going into your store in Vancouver. Our first experience was with Dave. We had a list of questions. He answered what he was able to and found out the answers to the rest. He had great follow-through and didn't try to fake an answer. You did the pre-inspection. You sold us on the unit and your company’s reputation. The great service continued with Amy as we had to make a couple of attempts to get an install date that worked for us. The day of install finally arrived. Dustin and Ricky started their day off with a challenge. I'm sure all installs have their challenges and this one was no different. They handled the curve balls in a way that left us feeling confident they did the best job possible, not the easiest. Thank You!

"I really love my Coast Spa from Haven Spa Pool and Hearth! After fighting chemicals and water balances for 15 years, I finally open my Spa every morning to clear, fresh water and no smell. The enclosed cyclonic filter HAS to be the answer. In years past whenever friends would say "Let's take a tub", I would hedge the answer and go look under the cover first. Never again! Smooth sailing and little effort. And the purchase/installation process by Haven Spa went exactly as planned. Dead-on the fit too."

The EZ Up Legacy pool we purchased from you is in our opinion, the best pool to be had. We find using the Baquacil products easy to use for maintaining the quality of the water. We had a family reunion in June and the pool was a major part of it. Randy and Brandon have been great and very helpful to work with; they have made our experience in purchasing our pool exciting and easy.

A note to the owner…from the sale people in the showroom in your Aloha store (Randy & Brandon), to Amy who scheduled our installation and finally to Bobby & Chad who delivered our new hot tub, the experience with your company has been fantastic! I wanted to take the time to express my total appreciation and satisfaction for how my girlfriend and I were treated as customers at the Haven Spa Pool & Hearth in Clackamas. We were very pleased with our sales person (Cheyenne), he was very knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed to feel comfortable. He was always available to answer all of our questions and made us feel like we were important.
What makes me very pleased about the Haven Spa Pool & Hearth is after we had paid for our spa we were treated as importantly as before we made the choice to buy the spa. With my new job it was very difficult to schedule the delivery and coordinate the electrical hook-up that was needed. Stephan the store owner went out of his way to deliver the spa himself and made arrangements to hook the spa up without me having to rescheduling an electrician. I am over whelmed and very pleased to know that there are still companies that take care of you and treat you with respect after spending your hard earned money on their products.
Our special thanks to Cheyenne and Stephan for the most pleasurable business transaction we have ever experienced without making it feel like business, truly you made of us feel like family!

I am dropping a quick e-mail to you to comment on the terrific service I received from Stephan with NW Stove Specialists and the office staff, including the office manager. Everyone went out of there way to help me get my gas fireplace up and running (which is my only source of heat). Stephan walked me through how to fix my fireplace step by step over the phone as they were booked three weeks out for service calls. He saved me and my family from having a cold Christmas. I can't thank you enough for the excellent customer service... mean a lot, especially this time of year!

We were pleased with working with the Haven Spa Pool & Hearth. At our request they were very accommodating in getting us references we could call… They scheduled the install quickly and stayed on schedule. Bobby was our installer and he was extremely friendly, professional and service oriented. The pellet stove is nice and toasty and quickly takes the chill off the house. We look to doing more business with the Haven Spa Pool & Hearth, maybe a hot tub some time soon.

Just had my fireplace cleaned and a fan remote installed by Jeff. He was on time, definitely knew what he was doing and was able to install a simple remote device for me that solved a long time problem. VERY HAPPY!

"After a terrible experience with another local spa repair company, I was referred to Haven Spa Pool & Hearth. They were very courteous over the phone, made an appointment (which was a little further out in the future than I would have liked, but that's because they are good and therefore popular). They ended up calling me a few days later to see if they could come out sooner than my originally scheduled appointment they would had a cancelation. The repair guy showed up right on schedule. They gave me a written estimate of required repairs and said I could call anytime to schedule an appointment. I decided to go ahead with the repairs and called them the next day. They put the needed parts on order and within 2 weeks I had a fully operational spa. They came back out after the repairs to check the systems they couldn't check because of the repairs that had to be made first. No extra charge;
